We are hiring immediately for the position of Sheet Metal Operator in Cedar Rapids.Available shift: Monday–Friday, 7:00 am–3:30 pm / Climate ControlledIncentives:Pay RateMin = $28.94 3 Months = $29.35 6 Months = $29.87 9 Months = $ Months = $30.88Essential Duties and ResponsibilitiesOperates NC Laser.Fabricates sheet metal products and equipment accordance to job orders, blueprints and/or schematic diagrams.Bends, cuts or alters various grades of sheet metal according to product being fabricated and knowledge of sheet metal.Sets up and operates shears, brakes, benders, rolls and t-drills.Inspects, assembles, and adjusts equipment to ensure conformance with specifications.Qualifications1-3 years sheet metal fabrication experience in a manufacturing environment.#INDIIB
