Responsibilities include:Operating production equipment and supporting smooth line performancePackaging finished product and helping meet production targetsPerforming quality checks to ensure customer requirements are metFollowing good manufacturing practices, housekeeping standards, and food safety proceduresWearing required personal protective equipment and meeting OSHA safety requirementsSupporting a clean, safe, and team-focused work environmentWhat You Bring:High school diploma or equivalentAbility to read, understand, and follow written proceduresManufacturing experience preferred, with at least two years strongly valuedCommitment to safety, quality, attendance, and teamworkAbility to operate an electronic pallet jack and lift 30–50 pounds at waist levelWillingness to work in cold or hot conditions as neededAdditional Requirements:Pass a post-offer background check and drug screenMaintain reliable attendance and arrive on time for scheduled shiftsBe available for overtime and weekend work when needed for full-time positionsProficiency in reading and comprehension of the English language is requiredWhy This Role?This is more than a job—it's a career path with growth, stability, and strong pay, all in a clean, team-focused environment where safety and quality come first.
