Machine OperatorEarn $23.31 - $26.00/Hour | 3-Day Weekends Every WeekSchedule: Monday - Thursday, 4:30 PM - 3:00 AMShift: Evening ShiftPay: $23.31 - $26.00/hour depending on experienceAre you experienced in manufacturing, fabrication, or machine operation? Join a growing team where your skills are valued, your work makes an impact, and every weekend starts on Friday morning.We're looking for a Fabrication Machine Operator to operate advanced fabrication equipment, produce high-quality parts, and support a safety-first manufacturing environment. If you enjoy working with machinery, reading blueprints, and building quality products, we'd love to hear from you.What You'll DoSet up and operate fabrication equipment, including:Laser cutting machinesBrake pressesShearsSawsPunch pressesFlame cutting equipmentRead and interpret blueprints, cut lists, and technical drawings.Measure and inspect materials using tape measures, calipers, and other precision tools.Monitor production quality and make adjustments as needed.Track and record material usage.Follow all safety and quality standards.Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient work area.What We're Looking ForPrevious experience operating fabrication or manufacturing equipment preferred.Ability to read blueprints and technical drawings.Strong math and measurement skills, including fractions and decimals.Experience using hand tools, power tools, grinders, and saws.Attention to detail and commitment to producing quality work.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.High school diploma or GED preferred, but not required.Physical RequirementsAbility to stand and move throughout a 10-hour shift.Regular lifting up to 50 pounds and occasional lifting up to 100 pounds.Ability to push, pull, reach, bend, and work overhead when needed.Comfortable working in a manufacturing environment with varying temperatures.Why People Love This Opportunity4-day work week with every Friday offCompetitive pay based on experienceHands-on work with advanced fabrication equipmentStable, full-time position with overtime opportunitiesOpportunity to expand your fabrication and manufacturing skillsWork with a team that values safety, quality, and craftsmanshipJob Type & LocationThis is a Permanent position based out of Sioux Falls, SD.Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $ - $ /yr.Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.Health, Dental, Vision, and Health insuranceWorkplace TypeThis is a fully onsite position in Sioux Falls, SD.Application DeadlineThis position is anticipated to close on Sep 30, 2026.
