Job description
StraightenerOur client specializes in heat treatment facility providing precision thermal processing services. Position: Straightener 1st shift: 7am-4pm $20/hourDuties & Responsibilities:Inspect drill blanks using an optical comparatorIdentify and correct distortions at the drill blanksReinspect drills after each adjustment to verify correctionMaintain accurate production and inspection recordsMaintain a clean and orderly workstationFollow written work instructions and quality proceduresReport damaged tools, unusual conditions, or recurring problems to supervisorsPhysical Requirements:Ability to sit or stand for extended periodsAbility to safely handle small precision componentsAbility to make controlled, repetitive hand movementsAbility to lift and move up to 50 lbs as neededBenefits:Dental insuranceEmployee assistance programHealth insuranceProfessional development assistanceVision insurance
