We make roofing products used across the Northwest, and we're looking for reliable people who want to grow their skills and be part of a solid, safety-focused team.Starting Pay & GrowthStarting Wage: $25.24/hourGrowth Path: Progress up to Level 6 with training, hands-on skill development, and tenureOvertime: Double time after 50 hours weekly (non-exempt roles)Shift Differentials: Additional pay depending on shiftWhat You'll Be DoingThis is a fast-paced, physical manufacturing role.
