Machine OperatorStart your new career as a Machine Operator with MAU at our client in Thomason, GA. As a Machine Operator, you will inspect and operate production equipment, perform quality inspections, and ensure products are manufactured according to established work instructions and quality standards.What We Offer:Pay of $17.50 per hourSecond Shift | Monday–Friday | 6:00 PM – 11:00 PMGreat work environmentOpportunity for advancementWhat We're Looking For:High school diploma or GEDBasic reading, writing, and math skillsSuccessful completion of the training program1–3 years of machine operating experienceAbility to pass a drug screeningAbility to lift up to 25 poundsWhat You'll Do as a Machine Operator:Inspect machines and make necessary adjustments before and during operationSet the machine counter at the beginning of each shiftOperate machines according to established work instructionsVerify the correct raw materials, packaging, and identification numbers are being used, including lot numbers, operator numbers, and UDI labels when applicablePerform line clearance procedures according to standard operating procedures (SOPs)Conduct in-process visual inspections, measurements, physical counts, and manual inspections of finished products to identify defectsAccurately document inspection resultsNotify the Material Handler when material changes are neededVerify the correct material is loaded after each roll changeReport product defects and machine maintenance needs to the Maintenance team or SupervisorPerform additional duties as assigned
