Machine Operator TraineeWe are looking for a Machine Operator Trainee to join our team. As a Machine Operator Trainee with Quikrete Hardscapes and Masonry, you will be learning machine operation, quality control, and equipment maintenance.Why apply?Competitive wages.Company provided benefits: Medical, Dental, Vision, Company paid life and disability benefits, paid vacation, and 401K.About the RoleResponsibilities:Operate sophisticated and computerized heavy manufacturing equipmentEnsure equipment and tools are used according to manufacturer's specificationsTake a variety of measurements throughout the shift to monitor the process and ensure qualityPerform machine set-up and maintenance as needed according to specifications as well as clean the machines as needed throughout the shiftOperate a forklift as neededReport to Plant SupervisorAbout YouWe Require:Must have at least 1-year of manufacturing experienceShow strong mechanical aptitude and trouble shooting skillsHave knowledge of electrical, hydraulic, power transmission, pneumatic, and control systemsMust show past ability to work independently and with a teamMust be able to operate and work around industrial machineryMust be able to wear safety glasses, hearing protection, and all other PPE as requiredMust be able to work with others with limited supervisionMust be able to take direction in a manufacturing environment with ever changing demandsAbout UsEach day brings new challenges, and we make sure you are prepared for it all.
