Machine OperatorIndustrial Machine Operator (Needed ASAP) Pay: $15.00 per hour Schedule: 5:00 PM – 5:00 AM | Monday – Saturday Location: Tulsa, OKJob Summary: We are currently seeking dependable and motivated Machine Operators / Rubber Molder Operators to join a growing manufacturing team in Tulsa. This position is responsible for operating molding machinery, monitoring production quality, handling materials, and maintaining a safe and efficient work environment. Candidates must be comfortable working in a fast-paced industrial setting and standing for extended periods.Responsibilities:Operate rubber molding and production machinery safely and efficientlyLoad and unload materials into molding equipmentMonitor machines during operation and make minor adjustments as neededInspect finished products for quality and defectsTrim, package, or prepare finished rubber products for shipment or next-stage productionMaintain a clean and organized work areaFollow safety procedures, production standards, and supervisor instructionsMeet daily production goals and attendance expectationsRequirements:6 Months of previous manufacturing experiencePrevious machine operator, manufacturing, production, or industrial experience preferred, but willing to train dependable candidatesAbility to work a 12-hour shift in a manufacturing environmentAbility to stand, bend, lift, and perform repetitive tasks throughout the shiftStrong attention to detail and qualityReliable transportation and dependable attendance requiredAbility to work overtime and Saturdays as scheduledGet paid whenever you need with wages on-demand via ZayZoon.
