Machine Operator (Bindery)Shifts:1st = Mon-Fri (7am-3pm)2nd = Mon-Fri (3pm-11am)3rd = Sun-Thu (11pm-7am)Description:The Machine Operator primary function is to set-up and operate bindery machinery to create a finished product that meets customer specifications and quality standards.Qualifications:Requirements:Must be mechanically inclinedExperience with operating machineryAbility to Bend, Reach, Crawl, Twist, and lift at least 50 pound unassistedAbility to Stand for long periods of time is requiredAbility to see, hear, count, read, measure, and follow verbal directions in EnglishJob Duties:Set-up, operate, and maintain bindery equipmentAbility to evaluate and compare colorMaintain a clean, "lean" work environmentKeep the work area clean to company specificationsBenefits:Union ShopHealth & Welfare Insurance401(k) with weekly contributionsPaid Vacation and Paid Sick TimePaid Holidays and Personal Days
