Now hiring for a Machine Operator
Location: Van Wert, OH
Pay Rate: $18.50 – $21.00 per hour
Schedules Available:
1st Shift: Monday-Friday, 6:45 AM – 2:45 PM OR Monday-Thursday, 6:00 AM – 4:00 PM
3rd Shift: Sunday Night-Thursday Night, 10:45 PM – 6:45 AM OR Monday Night-Thursday Night, 8:00 PM – 6:00 AM
4th Shift: Friday-Sunday, 7:00 AM – 7:00 PM
Training will be on 1st Shift

Job Duties
Operate and monitor multiple production machines
Manufacture parts according to quality and production specifications
Perform quality inspections using gauges and measuring equipment
Follow work instructions, control plans, and standard operating procedures
Ensure products meet accuracy and consistency standards
Education Requirements
High school diploma or GED preferred.
Technical training or manufacturing education is beneficial.
Experience Requirements
Experience operating manufacturing or production equipment.
Ability to read work instructions, production schedules, and basic technical documentation.
Strong mechanical aptitude and the ability to monitor equipment for proper operation.
Ability to perform quality inspections and maintain production standards.
Commitment to workplace safety, attention to detail, and dependable attendance.
Perform quality inspections using gauges and measuring equipment
Proficient in spoken and written English
Preferred Qualifications
Previous machine operation, manufacturing, production, or industrial experience is preferred.
Experience performing machine setup, tooling changes, troubleshooting, or preventative maintenance is beneficial.
Knowledge of Lean manufacturing, quality systems, or continuous improvement practices is considered an asset.
Individuals who demonstrate mechanical ability, reliability, teamwork, and a commitment to quality are well positioned for success as a Machine Operator.
Physical Capabilities
Ability to stand, walk, bend, and perform repetitive production tasks throughout the shift.
Ability to lift materials, components, or finished products weighing up to 50 pounds.
Ability to safely operate manufacturing equipment while maintaining awareness of moving machinery.
Ability to wear required personal protective equipment and work safely in a manufacturing environment.
