Machine OperatorLooking for dependable candidates with manufacturing or machine operating experience! These positions offer consistent Monday–Friday schedules with a shift differential once hired in. Overtime is mandatory! Must be able to work Saturday and Sundays when needed!1st Shift: Monday–Friday | 6:45 AM–3:00 PM2nd Shift: Monday–Friday | 2:45 PM–11:00 PMShift differential once hired in!What's in it for you?Elwood Staffing associates are eligible for a comprehensive and competitive benefits package plus an exclusive savings program, including:Medical/Vision/Dental/Rx plansHoliday PayTeladoc (online care)Referral Bonus IncentiveWeekly Pay401kAnd More!Machine Operator Details:Temp-to-Hire position$ 19.00 / hourFull Time work availableFirst Shift (Monday through Friday from 06:45am to 03:00pm)Operate and monitor production machinery.Load and unload materials into machines.Perform basic machine setups and adjustments.Inspect finished parts for defects and quality.Follow work orders and production specifications.Complete basic troubleshooting when needed.Meet daily production and quality expectations.Machine Operator Qualifications:Recent manufacturing experiencePrevious manufacturing, production, or machine operating experience required.Must be mechanically inclined and comfortable working around machinery.Ability to stand for the duration of the shift.Must be dependable with a good attendance history.Ability to follow instructions and safety procedures.Must be willing to train and learn different machines.Applicant may be subject to a background checkPre-employment drug screen is required as a condition of employment*A conviction record will not necessarily prevent you from being employed.
