Machine Operator- Weekly Pay- Start ASAPLocation: Sioux Falls, SDSchedule: Full-TimePay: Competitive, based on experience $$$We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Machine Operator to join our manufacturing team. The ideal candidate will have experience setting up and operating press brake machines to bend, form, and fabricate metal components according to engineering drawings and production specifications. This position plays a critical role in producing high-quality parts while maintaining safety, efficiency, and accuracy.Essential Responsibilities:Set up, program, and operate CNC and manual press brake machines.Read and interpret blueprints, work orders, and technical drawings.Select appropriate tooling and perform machine setups for production runs.Measure and inspect finished parts using calipers, tape measures, protractors, and other precision measuring instruments.Make necessary machine adjustments to maintain part quality and dimensional accuracy.Perform first-piece, in-process, and final inspections.Preferred Qualifications:High school diploma or GED preferred.Previous press brake, machine operator, or metal fabrication experience preferred.Ability to read blueprints and understand manufacturing drawings.Knowledge of measuring tools and quality inspection techniques.Basic math skills, including fractions and decimals.Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing quality work.Benefits:Competitive pay with overtime opportunitiesHealth, dental, and vision insurance401(k) with company matchPaid time off and holidaysCareer advancement opportunitiesOn-the-job training and skill developmentWhy Join Our Team?Join a growing manufacturing company where quality, safety, and teamwork are valued. Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
