Machine OperatorExpress Employment in WDM is seeking a detail-oriented Machine Operator to a local company's team!Responsibilities:Operate and load a manual machine to manufacture connection rods.Inspect parts throughout the production process for defects or discrepancies.Maintain a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.Follow work instructions and quality standards.Keep work area clean, organized, and safe.Meet daily production goals while maintaining quality.Qualifications:Previous manufacturing or machine operating experience preferred.Strong attention to detail and ability to identify defects or inconsistencies.Ability to work independently and stay focused in a repetitive environment.Dependable with a strong work ethic.Able to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive tasks.
