Machine Operator OpportunityStart your new career as a Machine Operator with MAU at Kason Industries in Newnan, GA. As a Machine Operator, you'll play a key role in producing high-quality components for commercial refrigeration systems by operating various machinery, including die-cast, polishing, panel fastening, press, and assembly equipment. This is a temp-to-hire opportunity.What We Offer:First Shift | Pay of $17.50Second Shift | Pay of $18.50First Shift Hours | 5:00 AM – 5:00 PM OR 6:00 AM – 4:30 PMSecond Shift Hours | 5:00 PM – 5:00 AMMonday – Friday with occasional SaturdaysTemp-to-hire opportunityWhat We're Looking For:High school diploma or GED preferredExperience in machine operation, die casting, polishing, stamping, or assemblyStrong mechanical aptitude and ability to perform basic troubleshooting or maintenanceComfortable working in hot, loud, industrial environmentsSteady and verifiable work history (job longevity is highly valued)Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periodsAttention to safety, quality, and detailWhat You'll Do as a Machine Operator:Operate die-cast, power press, polishing, panel fastening, or assembly machines based on department needsConduct daily safety checks and maintain proper setup of machines (lubrication, alignment, settings)Grind, deburr, polish, or trim parts as requiredInspect materials and finished parts for quality and accuracyRead and follow work instructions, blueprints, or production schedulesMaintain an organized and clean workstationComplete daily production and maintenance logsWork collaboratively to meet or exceed daily production goals
