Bottling Line Machine OperatorProtech Staffing is hiring for an opportunity to work in a fast-paced winery production environment. We are seeking experienced Machine Operators to support bottling line operations and ensure efficient production of high-quality wine products. Position: Bottling Line Machine Operator City: Woodbridge, CA Shift: 1st shift – 4 X 10 Pay: DOE $20.00 - $25.00Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced Machine Operator to support winery bottling operations. This position is responsible for operating, monitoring, and troubleshooting bottling line equipment to ensure production goals, quality standards, and safety requirements are met. The ideal candidate has previous machine operating experience in a winery, beverage, food production, or manufacturing environment and can work efficiently in a fast-paced setting.Key Responsibilities:Operate and monitor bottling line machinery, including fillers, cappers, labelers, and packaging equipmentPerform machine setup, adjustments, and changeovers as neededMonitor production flow and ensure product quality standards are maintainedTroubleshoot minor equipment issues and communicate major concerns to maintenance personnelConduct routine equipment inspections and basic preventative maintenance tasksMaintain accurate production records and downtime logsEnsure bottles, labels, caps, and packaging materials are properly supplied to the lineFollow all food safety, quality control, and winery production proceduresMaintain a clean and organized work area in accordance with GMP standardsAdhere to all company safety policies and PPE requirementsSkills and Qualifications:Previous machine operator experience required, preferably in a winery, beverage, food processing, or manufacturing environmentExperience operating bottling line equipment strongly preferredMechanical aptitude and ability to troubleshoot equipment issuesStrong attention to detail and commitment to quality standardsAbility to work independently and as part of a teamReliable attendance and strong work ethicAbility to follow written and verbal instructionsPhysical Requirements:Ability to stand and walk for extended periods throughout the shiftAbility to bend, stoop, twist, and reach frequentlyAbility to lift up to 50 lbs as neededComfortable working in a production environment with moving machinery and varying temperaturesAbility to work overtime and weekends as required by production demandsProtech Staffing is an Equal Opportunity Employer committed to hiring a diverse workforce.
