Machine Operator I – Centerless GrinderA precision manufacturing company serving the medical device, automotive, aerospace, and defense industries is seeking reliable and hardworking individuals for a Machine Operator I – Centerless Grinder position.This is an entry-level opportunity with comprehensive training provided.ResponsibilitiesOperate centerless grinding machines.Read basic blueprints and job orders.Use manual micrometers, calipers, and gauges to inspect parts.Perform basic math and measurements.QualificationsManufacturing experience is helpful but not required.Basic math and mechanical aptitude.Manual micrometer experience preferred.After conversion, employees may be eligible for a $1–$2 per hour raise within the first year.Location: Woburn, MA Schedule: Full-time1st Shift: 6:30 AM–3:00 PM — $20/hour2nd Shift: 3:00 PM–11:30 PM — $23/hour
