Machine Operators WantedSURESTAFF is immediately hiring Machine Operators for a client in Woodridge, IL. The Machine Operator is responsible for operating automated and semi-automated production equipment to create and manufacture finished products. SURESTAFF is invested in their team members! All temp-to-hire employees are offered competitive compensation ($21/hr) as well as a benefits package including health insurance (medical, dental, and vision). Available shifts include 1st, 2nd, and 3rd shift. Overtime is available on a first come, first serve basis.Responsibilities of the Machine Operator:Follow daily scheduleNeck Dimension checks once per shiftMaterial Distribution checks once per shiftDrop test performed every 2 hours following drop test procedureOperator will be required to perform the mechanical and GMP dutiesGeneral HousekeepingContinuously looking for ways to improve our current processesTroubleshoot Packaging equipment in a timely mannerClean blowmolder, grinder, and griding roomNotify Supervisor of any machine related issuesRequired Qualifications of the Machine Operator:Relevant experience as a Machine OperatorBasic mechanical skills & aptitudeKnowledge of 5S PracticesMust be able to climb stairs, sit, and stand for long periodsMust be able to lift 50 poundsHigh School diploma or equivalentBasic computer skillsStrong organizational and problem-solving skillsExcellent communication abilitiesAbout SurestaffAt Surestaff, we are dedicated to helping individuals unlock their career potential through meaningful job opportunities.
