Machine Operators – 1st, 2nd & 3rd Shift (West Chicago)We are seeking reliable and experienced machine operators to join manufacturing teams in West Chicago. These positions support high-volume production environments and require strong attention to detail, mechanical aptitude, and a commitment to safety and quality.Available Shifts1st Shift: Monday - Friday 7:00am to 3:30pm2nd Shift: Monday - Friday 2:00pm to 10:30pm2nd Shift: Monday - Friday 3:15 PM to 11:45 PM3rd Shift: Monday - Friday 10:00pm to 6:30am3rd Shift: Monday–Friday, 10:30 PM to 7:00 AMPayStarting at $18.00–$22.50 per hour, based on experience and shift.Key ResponsibilitiesOperate production machinery safely and efficiently.Monitor machine performance and make basic adjustments as needed.Inspect finished parts for quality and accuracy.Maintain a clean and organized work area.Follow all safety procedures and company guidelines.Complete production logs and documentation as required.RequirementsResume required for consideration.Previous manufacturing or machine operating experience is mandatory.Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 30–50 lbs as needed.Strong work ethic, reliability, and willingness to learn.Ability to work assigned shift consistently.Why Join These TeamsStable, long-term manufacturing opportunities.Competitive starting pay.Consistent schedules with overtime potential.Opportunity to grow skills in a fast-paced production environment.Please reach out to Express Employment Professionals North Aurora at
