We're seeking dedicated Machine Operators to ensure our production lines run smoothly and efficiently. In this role, you will operate machinery to assemble small kits according to exact specifications, perform quality checks, and make minor adjustments as needed. Your skills will directly impact our product quality and customer satisfaction.Key Responsibilities:Operate machinery to build small kits based on order specificationsCheck and verify kits for quantity, quality, and proper packagingPerform quality inspections, including first-piece validation and random checksMake minor equipment adjustments for optimal operationDocument activities accurately and notify supervisors of issuesMaintain a clean, safe, and organized work environmentRequired Skills:Strong attention to detail and excellent hand-eye coordinationAbility to perform basic math and countingCapable of standing for long periods and lifting up to 50 lbsGood communication and teamwork skillsHigh school diploma or equivalentNice to Have Skills:Experience with set-up sheets and inspection processesPrior manufacturing or assembly experiencePreferred Education & Experience:High school diploma or equivalentPrevious experience in a production environment is a plusOther Requirements:Ability to work in a climate-controlled environmentPhysical ability to perform repetitive tasksCommitment to safety protocols and proceduresIf you're ready to contribute to a growing team and build a rewarding career, we want to hear from you.
