If you're looking for stable, full-time work with consistent hours, we want to meet you.Applicants are encouraged to pre-register by submitting an online application before attending the hiring event on Saturday, October 3rd, 2026 from 9:00 AM – 1:00 PM at 4929 Langley Rd, Houston, TX.This is a non-climate-controlled environment & 12 hr shifts.We currently have openings for our 1st/2nd shift for the following positions:Nights Machine Operators-$15.00-$17.50Day Shift Machine Operators-$15-$15.50Essential Job Functions, Duties, and Responsibilities:Remove finished rolls from weaving machinesBuild and stage pallets for finished productsReplenish materials and keep work areas cleanOperate and monitor weaving machinesChange, thread, and adjust wire and bladesPerform basic troubleshooting and routine machine maintenanceMonitor the feed and speed of machines during the machining processMaintain the surrounding area, keeping the area free of debrisRequirements:Effective communication includes speaking, writing, active listening, and taking instructionsGood leadership and training skillsQuick troubleshooting and problem-solving skillsExcellent mechanical skills, including comfort with using tools to make simple repairsGreat time managementKeen attention to detail to identify maintenance, product, or operations issuesNecessary Skills, Background & Competencies:Minimum one year of work experience in a manufacturing or industrial environment.Must be able to work in a team-based, positive, fast-paced environment.Must be able to understand written instructions and follow procedures.Must be able and willing to work 5 PM-5 AM MON-FRI and Saturdays as needed. Employees average at least 40 hours a week, no more than 50.High School Diploma or GED preferred.
