Machine Operator OpportunityCardinal Staffing is doing open interviews for immediate starts for Machine Operators for a facility in Fowlerville, MI. We're looking for candidates who will be comfortable working overtime and weekends for a company that has a lot of growth opportunities.Pay: $18.00Shift:Mon - Sat 6am - 6pm Day ShiftMon - Sat 6pm - 6am Night ShiftJob Description:Run production; operate CNC machinery, to include finishing, deburring, packaging and inventory.Complete daily work sheets and inspection sheets.Measures and marks dimensions and reference point for subsequent machining.Verifies conformance of finished product to specifications.Fits and assembles parts into complete or partial assembly when needed.Ability to accurately record work performed and materials used.Maintain and operate precision machinery, shop equipment/tools.Continuous production of quality and safe product(s).Maintains and promotes a clean work environment which includes tools, machines, equipment, and company property.Stays current with technical changes through continuous improvement.Responsible for housekeeping throughout company.Performs other related duties as assigned by management.Requirements:Continually required to stand up to 12 hours per shift.Frequently required to walk up to 12 hours per shift.Continually required to utilize hand and finger dexterity.Frequently required to balance, bend, stoop, or kneel.The employee must occasionally lift and/or move a maximum of 50 pounds.About Cardinal Staffing Services:At Cardinal Staffing, a Surestaff Company, we are dedicated to helping individuals unlock their career potential through meaningful job opportunities.
