Manufacturing Machine OperatorHartford, WI | $18–$23+/ hr. Based on Experience | 12-Hour Rotating ShiftsKnow how to run machinery? We can teach you print.Quad is hiring experienced Machine Operators who want to build their skills and move up. Print experience is not required. If you've operated equipment in packaging, food and beverage, plastics, automotive, metals, CNC, converting, corrugated, or another manufacturing environment, your experience can transfer to Quad.We're looking for self-starters who learn quickly, troubleshoot problems, take ownership of their equipment, and want to advance.Bring us your operator experience and mechanical skills—we'll teach you print.Pay & Schedule$18.00 -$23.00 / hour or more, based on your experience and skills12-hour shifts: 7 a.m.–7 p.m. and 7 p.m.–7 a.m.Rotate between days and nights every 4 monthsWork just 3 or 4 days per week—approximately 182 scheduled workdays per yearOvertime opportunities and applicable shift premiumsUp to $25,000 in relocation assistance may be available for candidates with prior print experienceWhat You'll DoSet up and operate high-speed manufacturing equipmentMonitor equipment and make adjustments for quality and productivityTroubleshoot mechanical and production issuesPerform make-ready, basic maintenance, and quality checksLearn new equipment and processes as your skills growWhat We're Looking ForPrevious machine operator or production equipment experienceStrong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skillsMotivation to learn, improve, and take on more responsibilityStrong attention to safety and qualityBasic computer skillsAbility to read, write, and understand English to follow safety procedures, job instructions, and production documentationAbility to work 12-hour shifts and rotate between days and nights every 4 monthsAbility to stand for extended periods and lift 10–15 lbs. regularly and up to 50 lbs. occasionallyPrint experience is a plus, not a requirement.
