Machine OperatorsOur client, a leading manufacturer specializing in vacuum bagging and composite tooling materials, is seeking dedicated Machine Operators to join their dynamic team.Location: Huntington Beach, CAPay Range: $21.00 to $22.50 an hourShift: The company works 24/7 7 days a week. They have 3 shifts available to choose from.What's the Job?Operate equipment to package roll material from the winder according to work order instructionsLoad and unload rolls safely while following established safety protocolsPrepare samples of finished products and print/apply labels for customer shipmentsPerform machine set-ups and adjustments following standard operating procedures and work order requirementsMaintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment in compliance with company policiesWhat's Needed?Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Machine Operator in a manufacturing, production, packaging, or related environmentAbility to read, understand, and accurately follow work orders, production instructions, and technical drawingsExperience performing machine set-ups, adjustments, and routine equipment checksAbility to package finished roll products according to customer specifications and work order requirementsStrong quality awareness with the ability to identify and communicate production issues during the manufacturing processWhat's in it for me?Opportunities to work in a reputable manufacturing environmentConsistent shifts and schedules to plan your work-life balanceSupportive team and management committed to safety and qualityPotential for career growth within the organizationEngagement in a fast-paced, innovative industry
