Now Hiring: Machine Operators – ALL SHIFTS AVAILABLE- MULTIPLE LOCATIONSExpress Employment Professionals – AkronAbout the Role:Express Employment Professionals of Akron is seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Machine Operators for a full-time positions on ALL shifts in Rootstown, Kent, Barberton, Akron, Cuyahoga Falls and Stow, Ohio. These roles involve operating specialized machinery to manufacture products to precise shapes and quality standards. If you're mechanically inclined and thrive in a hands-on environment, this could be the perfect fit.Starting Pay: $ /hour Schedule: ALL shifts available- 8-10 and 12 hour schedules available!Key Responsibilities:Load materials into molding pressesOperate machinery according to production schedules and work ordersMonitor temperature, pressure, and cycle times to ensure product qualityVisually inspect finished products for defects and report any issuesSafely load and unload materials and finished goods using manual toolsPerform other related duties as assignedWhat We're Looking For:Strong attention to detail and ability to identify subtle defectsComfortable standing for extended periods and lifting 50 lbsBasic mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skillsExcellent organizational and time management abilitiesSolid math and written communication skillsBasic computer literacy (Word, Excel, etc.)Creative problem-solving mindsetAbility to multitask in a fast-paced environmentHow to Apply:Express makes job searching easy—and we never charge for our services.Three Ways to Apply:Online:Phone: Call to schedule an interviewIn Person: Visit us at 66 S.
