Machine Set-Up OperatorMachine Set-Up Operator – Spring ManufacturingFarmington, CT | Direct Hire | $20- $23/hr (based on experience) Monday–Friday, 6:00 AM – 2:30 PMAbout the CompanyOur client is an established precision manufacturer with decades of experience producing metal components and assemblies for a range of industries, including medical, defense, and aerospace. Family owned and managed, they partner closely with customers from early prototyping through full-volume production, and are known for taking on complex, precision-driven work that requires real technical expertise.The OpportunityOur client is looking for a hands-on, detail-oriented Machine Set-Up Operator to join their manufacturing team. You'll set up, adjust, and operate precision machinery to manufacture a wide variety of parts to exacting quality standards, with a clear path to growth built into the role.
