Machine Set Up OperatorNow hiring for a Machine Set Up Operator in Lebanon, TN. Pay rate: $17.00 – $21.00 per hour. Shift: 1st Shift. Run the line, own the grind, get paid right. Looking for Machine Set Up Operator jobs in Lebanon where dependable work keeps production moving? This opportunity lets you operate manufacturing equipment, monitor product quality, and help produce consistent results in a safe, fast-paced production environment.Education Requirements: High school diploma or GED preferred. Technical training or manufacturing education is beneficial.Experience Requirements: Machine operation or machine setup experience preferred. Technology-minded with an interest in automation. Experience working with Mesh Machine and Versa equipment is a plus. Ability to read and use a tape measure accurately.Job Duties: Set up and operate manufacturing equipment. Monitor machines to ensure quality production. Perform basic machine adjustments and troubleshooting. Follow production specifications and work instructions. Support continuous improvement and automation processes. Maintain a clean and organized work area. Complete quality checks and documentation as required.Physical Capabilities: Ability to stand, walk, bend, and perform repetitive production tasks throughout the shift. Ability to lift materials, components, or finished products weighing up to 50 pounds. Ability to safely operate manufacturing equipment while maintaining awareness of moving machinery.
