Our weekend team in Mead, CO is growing, and we need a skilled Machine Shop Operator who takes pride in doing things right. If you enjoy solving problems, keeping machines humming, and contributing to a team that values efficiency and quality, this could be your perfect fit.What You'll Be DoingSet up jobs: build tools, fixturing, prep materials, and load work/tool offsetsWork with programmers to monitor job progress and suggest improvementsTroubleshoot and resolve issues quickly to minimize downtimeLoad and unload equipment and materials safelyOffer ideas to improve shop efficiency and workflowPerform routine preventive maintenance on machineryRecord readings and log data for machined partsSupport daily operations while ensuring quality standards are metWhat We're Looking ForExperience in machine shop operations or a similar hands-on fieldComfortable using shop and quality lab tools/equipmentStrong problem-solving and critical thinking skillsPhysically able to handle shop workThrives in a fast-paced, dynamic environmentWhat You'll Get3-day weekend schedule with 4 days off$22/hr, with 36 hours paid as 40 (includes 4 bonus hours)401(k) with company matchPaid time offTraining and development opportunities to grow your skills
