Machine Shop ManagerCompensation: $130,000+ base salary plus benefitsAbout the Opportunity:This is a key leadership role. You'll take over day-to-day operational responsibility from the current leader, which gives you real ownership and a lasting impact on the business.Qualifications:7+ years in a machine shop environment, including 3+ years in a supervisory or management roleBackground in job shop, repair or precision rotating-equipment work: pumps, turbines, motors, compressors or similarStrong working knowledge of manual and CNC machining, horizontal and vertical boring mills, OD/ID grinding, and welding processesAbility to read and interpret complex blueprints, GD&T and close-tolerance specificationsProven ability to lead skilled tradespeople and manage competing prioritiesExperience with pump or power generation equipment is a strong plusThis is a management role.
