Machine Shop SupervisorLocation: Kulpsville, PAPay: $80-110k/yr. (depending on experience)Shift: 2nd (Mon-Fri) 5:30pm to 2:30amSummary:Cannonball Recruiting is seeking a 2nd Shift Machine Shop Supervisor that has experience in a manufacturing environment. You will play a crucial role in overseeing the production process, ensuring efficiency, quality and safety. Shift activity consists of CNC machining, assembly, and cleaning, deburring of metal and carbon products.Qualifications:3 years of verifiable supervisor experience in a manufacturing facilityExperience working with CNC Milling & Lathe Centers with the ability and understanding to setup and make G-code editing at the machine.Ability to read and interpret blueprintsSelf-sufficient, detail oriented, organized, and able to handle multiple tasks simultaneouslyResponsibilities:Maintain an environment of compliance to AS 9100/13100 requirements and company policies and proceduresTrain employees to follow company processes and proceduresAssign work to all direct reports using scheduling softwareMonitor and maintain a productive environmentMaintain Time & Attendance for all assigned employeesProvide a safe workplace and address any safety issuesPeriodically evaluate employees for productivity & qualityCommunicate in a professional manner with other departmentsSchedule time off while maintaining production levelsAdminister disciplinary action when requiredLocking the building and setting securityMaintain the Skills Matrix and complete performance evaluationsBenefits:401(k) matchingDental insuranceHealth insuranceLife insurancePaid time offVision insuranceAll offers of employment are contingent upon the successful completion of a pre-employment drug screen and background check.
