Machine TechnicianOur client, a leader in precision manufacturing, is seeking a Machine Technician to join their dedicated team. As a Machine Technician, you will be part of the manufacturing support department, supporting production and quality assurance teams. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and a proactive approach, which will align successfully in the organization.Job Title: Machine TechnicianLocation: Endicott, NYPay Range: $22.00-$30.00 DOEShift: 3rd shiftWhat's the Job?Operate, set up, and maintain CNC machines, Swiss lathes, DMG milling centers, stamping presses, and automated assembly systems.Perform tooling changes, offsets, and program adjustments to ensure precision and tight tolerances.Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and pneumatic issues on production equipment to minimize downtime.Conduct preventive maintenance and document all service activities accurately.Inspect parts using precision measuring tools and collaborate with engineering and quality teams to improve processes and reduce scrap.What's Needed?High school diploma or equivalent.Minimum 2 years of experience operating CNC, Swiss lathe, and/or DMG machines.Ability to read blueprints and interpret technical drawings.Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills.Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods.What's in it for me?Opportunity to work in a dynamic manufacturing environment.Engage in continuous learning and skill development.Be part of a collaborative and innovative team.Contribute to high-quality production processes.Competitive salary aligned with experience and skills.Upon completion of waiting period associates are eligible for:Medical and Prescription Drug PlansDental PlanSupplemental Life InsuranceShort Term Disability Insurance401(k)
