Machine Assembler / Machine Tool Builder / Mechanic Gear Head - Youngstown, OH$20.00 - $25.00/HRFull-time Permanent Position with BenefitsA thriving OEM (original equipment manufacturer) in the Youngstown, OH area is seeking to hire a few Machine Tool Builders / Mechanical Assemblers / Mechanic Gear Heads to their staff. Candidates with manufacturing equipment assembly experience as well as people who love working on cars/motors are encouraged to apply. Company will provide hands on trainingRequirements3+ years of machinery assembly experience or car/motor mechanics welcomedWork well on a teamAble to lift 50 pounds, sit, stand, crawlMust be able to read blueprints, schematics, micrometers, and indicatorsMust be comfortable in a machine shopFamiliarity with machine shop operations, tool crib, bench work, assembly, gauges, pumps, tubing, and wiringAbility to use/own a variety of toolsSafety conscientiousValid driver's license and insurabilityCandidates are required to pass a Criminal Background Check and a 10 Panel Drug Screen.
