This position is 100% onsite and cannot accommodate telecommute work.This position will work a swing shift 4x10's Sunday - Wednesday 4 pm to 2:30 am schedule.Job responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the following:Responsible for quality of the product by performing both in-process and final part inspectionsCare and maintenance of the equipmentAssuring tooling and materials readinessMaintaining a clean and safe work environmentProvide training to others in all aspects of CNC equipment setup, operations, and maintenanceStrong interpersonal communication skills with ability to work with others at all levels of the organizationProven track record training mid to upper skill level machine operatorsStrong attention to detail and accuracyAbility to prioritizeExcellent time management skillsAbility to work independently Ability to work in a dynamic, fast paced, diverse environmentInitiative, self-starter, adaptable, and high motivation for excellenceHigh energy, results oriented, self-motivated / self-reliant, team playerOther duties as assignedWhy you?
