CNC MachinistSnelling is hiring multiple CNC Machinists for a well-established fabrication and machining company in the Calera, AL area. This company takes pride in delivering high-quality products and exceptional service on every project and is looking for skilled machinists who share that commitment to excellence.CNC Machinist Responsibilities:Read and interpret blueprints, symbols, and complex drawingsSet up castings and fabrications for machiningCreate and modify G-Code programsOperate CNC equipment and manual machinesPerform CNC machining of complex, high-precision metal and plastic partsConduct quality inspections and ensure parts meet specificationsDemonstrate strong craftsmanship and attention to detailMaintain fluid levels and basic machine upkeep on assigned equipmentCAM programming experience is a plusQualifications Required of CNC Machinists:Experience with CNC programming, including Fanuc (preferred), Fagor, and Miltronics controlsExperience machining castings and fabricationsJob shop or rapid prototyping experience preferredAbility to lift up to 50 poundsAbility to stand for extended periods (8–10 hours per shift)Pay Range Levels:Junior CNC Machinist (1–2 years of experience) – $20–$23/hourMid-Level CNC Machinist (3–5 years of experience) – $23–$26/hourSenior CNC Machinist (5+ years of experience) – $26–$30/hourInterested and qualified?
