Machinist PositionOur client, Manufacturing is seeking a Machinist to join their team. As a Machinist, you will be part of the Production team supporting daily operations. The ideal candidate will have strong attention to detail, practical problem-solving skills, and a commitment to safety and quality which will align successfully in the organization.Job Title: MachinistLocation: Donalsonville, GAPay Range: $25-$31Shift: 6a-4:30pWhat's the Job?Read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, plans, and work orders to determine job specificationsEnter, edit, and verify digital instructions/programs into CNC equipment controlsSet up, operate, and adjust CNC and manual machines (lathes, mills, grinders, etc.) to produce parts to specificationInspect finished parts using precision measuring instruments to ensure they meet quality and tolerance standardsTroubleshoot machine or program issues and make adjustments as neededWhat's Needed?Proven experience as a machinist working with both CNC and manual equipmentStrong analytical and problem-solving skillsAbility to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and work ordersExperience setting up and operating CNC controls/programmingFamiliarity with precision measuring tools (micrometers, calipers, etc.) and a strong commitment to qualityWhat's in it for me?Full-time schedule: Mon–Thurs 6:00–4:30Opportunity to work with both CNC and manual machining equipmentHands-on role focused on precision, quality, and continuous improvementSupportive team environment where safety and organization matterClear expectations around blueprint accuracy, programming verification, and inspection standardsUpon completion of waiting period associates are eligible for:Medical and Prescription Drug PlansDental PlanSupplemental Life InsuranceShort Term Disability Insurance401(k)If this is a role that interests you and you'd like to learn more, click apply now and a recruiter will be in touch with you to discuss this great opportunity.
