MachinistTradesmen International is immediately hiring experienced Machinists for projects located in the Sheboygan Falls, WI area. This is a first shift opportunity, and the pay rate is $40/hour based on experience plus $100/day worked per diem for Travelers 60+ miles from the job site. If you are a Machinist and want to work alongside other proven craftsmen who emphasize safety, productivity, and superior craftsmanship, this is your chance to advance your career!Job Scope:Program, set up, and operate a Giddings & Lewis Horizontal RT 1250 with a Fanuc 310i Model A controller using FeatureCam 2025Create setups and fixturingSelect appropriate toolingRead and interpret blueprintsManufacture parts to exact specificationsProgram setup and run variety of machine tools to manufacture parts according to specificationsCheck all diameters and dimensionsStudy blueprint and plan efficient way to manufacture partsUse overhead cranes to lift large parts or materials safelyMeasure parts using precision measuring equipmentMaintain machine shop equipmentPerform machine maintenanceAssist in establishing procedures to manufacture parts more efficientlyDeburrs parts when time allowsRequirements:You must have a high school diploma3+ years of machinist experiencePerform metric conversionsStrong working knowledge of Mazatrol or other machine softwareRead and understand blueprints specifications and routingsBe Safe from fraud!
