Job description
Machinist PositionNetzer Metalworks is currently hiring machinists. Medical and dental benefits, 401k, paid holidays, and a climate-controlled facility are available.5 years + experience recommended.- Set up and operate various machine tools to produce precision parts- Read and interpret blueprints, sketches, and engineering specifications- Use hand tools, power tools, and measuring instruments to perform machining operations- High school diploma or equivalent- Minimum of 2 years of experience as a machinist in a manufacturing environment- Strong knowledge of machining techniques, tooling, and materials- Ability to lift heavy objects and stand for extended periods of time- Perform other duties as assigned to maintain efficiency throughout the company.- Training available.- Ability to use standard measuring equipment i.e. micrometers, calipers, height gauges
