Through our robust product engineering, outstanding tooling capabilities and diverse process expertise, we continue to bring lightweight and innovative products to market.Job ResponsibilitiesEssential functions of the position include:Operate CNC Machines and Horizontal Milling Machines. This includes making programs, using 2D and 3D, all accurately and efficiently.Operate a variety of small machines, tools, and equipment.Carry out quality checks on an ongoing basis to ensure job is within tolerance.Provide continuous guidance to Tool & Die Associates as assigned.Abid by all safety and non-safety plant rules and regulations.Maintain stock of all machine cutters and carbide inserts.Maintain good housekeeping and 5S practices.Perform other duties as required.Position RequirementsEducation: Associate degree or equivalent from a two-year college or technical school; or six months to one year experience and/or training; or Technical Apprenticeship with Certification or Journeyman Card; or equivalent combination of education and experience.Work Experience / Technical Training: Familiar with Fanuc and Fidia controls and run 3 and 5-axis machines. Preferred CAD experience.
