Set up, operate, and maintain and if able program CNC mills and/or lathes
Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and work orders
Perform accurate quality checks with precision measuring tools
Troubleshoot, adjust, and keep production running smoothly and efficiently
What We're Looking For:
2+ years CNC machining experience (mill, lathe, or both)
Strong understanding of machining processes
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Attention to detail and commitment to safety
