Screen Printer / Machinist – 1st ShiftPay up to $22/hr! Full-Time | Monday–Friday | 7:00 AM–3:30 PMWe are seeking an experienced Screen Printer / Machinist to join our manufacturing team. This is a hands-on production position responsible for setting up and operating a manual screen printer as well as various fabrication equipment.What You'll DoSet up and operate a manual screen-printing machineSet up jobs according to work instructions, blueprints, bills of material, and quality requirementsProperly align and register parts to produce complete, accurate printed imagesPerform ink adhesion tests and inspect finished parts for qualityRead and interpret engineering prints and blueprintsUse calipers, tape measures, and other measuring/inspection toolsPerform piece counts, quality checks, and required production documentationSet up and operate fabrication equipment, including:Drill pressBrake pressPunch pressShearSawAssist with cross-training and continuous improvement effortsPerform basic equipment maintenanceMaintain a clean, organized, and safe work areaWhat We're Looking ForManufacturing or production experienceAbility to read and work from engineering printsComfortable using calipers and other measuring instrumentsPrevious experience is ideal, willing to trainMechanical aptitude and attention to detailAbility to consistently produce accurate, quality workDependable attendance and ability to work as part of a teamHigh school diploma or GEDPhysical Requirements Candidates must be comfortable working in a manufacturing environment and standing for extended periods. This position requires the ability to regularly lift up to 10 lbs., frequently lift up to 25 lbs., and occasionally lift up to 50 lbs. The work environment includes moving machinery and higher noise levels. Hearing protection is required in designated areas.Great Backgrounds for This Position Candidates with experience as a Screen Printer, Machine Operator, Printing Press Operator, Fabrication Machine Operator, Production Operator, or Manufacturing Technician may be a good fit.
