CNC MachinistLocation: Winsted, CTSchedule:1st Shift: 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM2nd Shift: 3:00 PM – 11:30 PM3rd Shift: 11:00 PM – 7:30 AMCompensation: Up to $35/hr DOE + Shift Differential for 2nd & 3rd ShiftResponsibilities:Set up and operate CNC mills and lathesMachine precision components to tight tolerancesInterpret blueprints, engineering drawings, and GD&T requirementsInstall and adjust tooling, fixtures, and machine offsetsPerform in-process and final inspections using precision measuring instrumentsMonitor part quality and make necessary tooling and offset adjustmentsTroubleshoot machining and setup issuesMaintain a safe and organized work areaQualifications:3+ years of CNC machining experienceExperience performing machine setups and adjustmentsAbility to read blueprints and engineering drawingsWorking knowledge of GD&TExperience using precision measuring equipmentStrong attention to detail and commitment to qualityAerospace, turbine, or other precision manufacturing experience preferredWhat We Offer:Competitive hourly pay up to $35/hr DOEShift differential for 2nd and 3rd shiftUnlimited overtime opportunitiesMedical, dental, and vision insurance401(k)Flexible Spending Account (FSA)Health Savings Account (HSA)Life InsurancePaid Time OffTuition ReimbursementReferral ProgramJoin a stable manufacturing environment where your machining skills contribute to the production of high-precision, mission-critical components.
