Mail Inserting OperatorImmediate need for a talented Mail Inserting Operator. This is a 03 Months Contract opportunity with long-term potential and is located in Troy, MI (Onsite). Please review the job description below and contact me ASAP if you are interested.Job ID: Pay Range: $20 - $21/hour. Employee benefits include, but are not limited to, health insurance (medical, dental, vision), 401(k) plan, and paid sick leave (depending on work location).Key Responsibilities:We start the day turning on and calibrating equipment.Our day-to-day workload on the inserting machines is similar from one to the next.We then check in with the rest of the team to see if there are any priorities for the day and then get to work.The job of inserting requires loading of printed materials into a machine that will fold documents, insert them into an envelope.Seal the envelope and then it is the operator's responsibility to load the sealed documents into a mail tray, apply a protective sleeve, and stack the loaded trays neatly on a skid.Each job sealed is then marked as 'done' within our system.At days end, the completed skids are shrink wrapped and prepared for our morning pick up, the following day.Key Requirements and Technology Experience:Skills -We are concerned with quality over quantityAble to take directionPunctuality and reliability1 years' experience working in a mail production facility operating a mechanical inserter.Experience with USPS postal regulations strongly preferred.A background in digital print, mailing, and distribution is highly desired. A background in a manufacturing environment can translate well.Education: HSD or GEDShift timing: 7:00AM – 3:30PM EST No OTWork week: Monday - FridayOur client is a leading Healthcare Industry and we are currently interviewing to fill this and other similar contract positions.
