Job description
A dynamic digital/mail order pharmacy is seeking experienced pharmacists to fill multiple direct hire roles focused on weekend and occasional weekday shifts. This position involves dispensing primarily generic medications alongside some brand and specialty drugs, providing mail order service across all 50 states and DC. The pharmacy processed over 200,000 prescriptions in September 2025 and continues to grow rapidly, adding new accounts in 2026.
Location: Ft Mitchell, KY
Schedule:
Saturdays: 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM
Sundays: 11:00 AM - 5:00 PM
Occasional weekday shifts as needed, Monday to Friday, 7:00 AM - 7:00 PM
Key Responsibilities: Manage full cycle pharmacy dispensing and fulfillment
Verify and check prescriptions accurately
Supervise and support pharmacy technicians
Adapt to a high-volume, fast-paced workflow
Collaborate effectively with team members to maintain efficient operations
Qualifications and Desired Experience: Current Kentucky pharmacist license (Cincinnati, OH licensed pharmacists consider checking KY license eligibility)
Strong background in high-volume retail pharmacy environments preferred
Ability to quickly adapt to changing workflows and team dynamics
Demonstrated teamwork and communication skills
