Mail Print OperatorOnsite - Lexington, KYTraining: 8 weeks, Monday - Friday 2:00 pm - clean deskProduction: Monday - Friday 2:00 pm - clean desk$16.00 an hour during training, which may be below your states minimum wage. Please take this into consideration when applying.Job Summary:We are seeking a reliable and self-motivated Mail Print Operator to join our operations team. This role is responsible for running industrial-sized printers, organizing printed materials into batches, and preparing them for further processing. The ideal candidate will be comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-volume environment and capable of performing physical tasks and basic equipment maintenance.Key Responsibilities:Operate industrial-sized printers to produce high-volume print jobs.Group printed materials into batches and separate them for further processing.Place completed batches in designated areas for downstream operations.Perform routine maintenance and basic troubleshooting on printing equipment.Regularly lift and move items weighing 25 lbs or more.Maintain a clean and organized work area.Adhere to safety protocols and operational procedures.Benefits:Full-time employmentPay is $16.00 per hour during training, then moves to production-based payCareer growth opportunitiesFull benefit options from day one401K optionsGreat work environmentRequirements:Must be comfortable adhering to a strict clean desk policyMust be able to clear required criminal background checkMust have a High School Diploma or General Education Degree (GED)Must be 18 years of age or olderBasic computer literacy (opening files, navigating desktop environments, typing/data entry)Excellent organizational skills and attention to detailStrong hand-eye coordination and manual dexterityComfortable working in an office or production/mailroom environmentAbility to regularly lift up to 25 lbs.Must be eligible to work in the United States.Pay Transparency Laws in some locations require disclosure of compensation and/or benefits-related information. For this position, actual salaries will vary and may be above or below the range based on various factors including but not limited to location, experience, and performance. In addition to base pay, this position, based on business need, may be eligible for a bonus or incentive. In addition, Conduent provides a variety of benefits to employees including health insurance coverage, voluntary dental and vision programs, life and disability insurance, a retirement savings plan, paid holidays, and paid time off (PTO) or vacation and/or sick time.
