We are seeking a reliable, detail-oriented Mail Processor II to join a fast-paced production and mailroom operations team. In this role, you will work in a high-volume print and mail environment, operating production class equipment and ensuring sensitive healthcare mailings are printed, inserted, and dispatched according to strict timelines.

Pay Rate: $22.07 / hour
Location: 100% Onsite at Shea Blvd. Scottsdale, AZ 85260
Shift Schedules:
Monday – Friday: 7:00 AM – 4:00 PM or 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM (weekend work required)
Thursday – Sunday: 6:00 AM – 4:00 PM
Key Responsibilities
Digital Printing & Operations: Perform digital printing on large production-class printers based on job documentation and specifications.
Inserter Machine Operation: Load, fold, and insert materials into envelopes using large-class inserter machinery.
Mailroom Functions: Verification of print jobs, postage stamping, and ensuring end-to-end completion of mailings within strict deadlines.
Quality & Compliance: Carefully handle sensitive, time-critical healthcare materials with strict adherence to accuracy and confidentiality standards.
Physical Workload Management: Handle envelope/paper boxes weighing up to 50 lbs and maintain active movement throughout the shift.
Requirements & Qualifications
Education: Verifiable High School Diploma or GED required.
Experience: Prior experience in a print room, mailroom, or similar high-volume production environment preferred.
Technical Skills: Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Outlook, PDF management).
Physical Capabilities:
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs consistently.
Ability to stand, walk, and stay on your feet for almost an entire shift. xhqgsiq
