Responsibilities:
Responsible for receiving, sorting, and distributing incoming mail (USPS First Class, Accountable, FedEx, and UPS Mail) to appropriate recipients and departments.
Responsible for timely collection of outgoing mail.
Responsible for preparing and processing outbound courier shipments using computer software.
Ability to successfully operate the Pitney Bowes mail machine for processing of USPS First Class Mail.
Must be able to lift 50lbs.
Qualifications:
High School diploma or GED equivalent required
Experience in a mail room or experience at a FedEx and/or UPS mail facility.
Proficiency in MS-Office: Word, Excel, Outlook, and Power Point.
Ability to appropriately handle confidential and highly sensitive material.
Excellent communication skills and ability to work as team with coworkers.
Ability to meet customer deadlines in consistently accurate and timely manner.
