Mailing/Lettershop Equipment OperatorUse Your Mechanical Skills to Keep Production MovingDo you enjoy working with equipment, solving problems, and producing accurate, high-quality work? Baesman Group is looking for Mailing/Lettershop Equipment Operators to join our second- and third-shift production teams.Baesman Group is a print and marketing company that helps leading brands deliver personalized communications to their customers. In this role, you will set up and operate inkjet and inserting equipment used to produce and prepare direct-mail projects for delivery.Previous mailing or lettershop experience is preferred. We also encourage candidates with machine-operating, manufacturing, or other relevant production experience to apply.What You'll DoSet up and operate inkjet, inserting, and other mailing equipment according to job specifications.Review job tickets and prepare equipment and materials for each production run.Monitor equipment performance and make adjustments to maintain quality and productivity.Perform quality checks throughout each run to ensure accuracy and compliance with job and USPS requirements.Tray, band, label, and organize mail while maintaining the required ZIP code sequence.Read postal documentation and sort mail according to applicable requirements.Identify basic equipment issues and communicate needed repairs.Stage materials and completed work to keep jobs moving efficiently.Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.Assist in other production areas when needed.
