# Main Line Technician - MCInver Grove Heights, MN 55077## OverviewSalary Range$40,000.00 - $120,000.00 Commission/yearPosition TypeFull Time## DescriptionAs a Service Technician, you are responsible for performing diagnostic, repair, and maintenance services on a variety of vehicles. This role involves identifying mechanical issues, conducting repairs, and ensuring that vehicles meet safety and performance standards.**Requirements:*** Conduct vehicle inspections and tests to provide a diagnosis on all vehicles.* Perform MPI on all vehicles* Complete PDI on all new vehicles.* Comply with all dealership and manufacturer job-related training and requirements.* Achieve monthly productivity objectives.* Communicate all vehicle repair recommendations and maintenance repairs with service advisor.* Keep vehicle bays clean every day.* Ensuring equipment longevity through care and cleanliness.* Provide video/picture of repair recommendations for every RO, with clarity and personality.* Maintain a valid driver’s license with a clean record.* Prior to vehicle delivery, bring through carwash, unless noted otherwise.* Adhere to employee handbook policies and procedures.## Qualifications**KSA’s (Knowledge, Skills, Abilities):*** High level of integrity and professionalism in all interactions and through diagnosis with vehicles.* Commitment to provide high-quality vehicle care and service.* Ability to manage various tasks, adapt to changing situations, and work flexible hours, including rotating weekends.* Demonstrate teamwork.* Assist the cleanliness and organization of the service department.* Ability to analyze service data and trends to make informed decisions.* Demonstrate vehicle knowledge adequate to your training.* Display time management and organizational skills.* Proficient written and verbal communication skills.* Contribute positive behavior with respect.
