Maintenance Assistant- 1st ShiftHeritage Woods of Belvidere - Belvidere, IL 61008Salary Range $16.50 - $16.50 Hourly Position Type Full Time Job Shift 1st shiftDescriptionResponsibilities:Under the direct supervision of the Maintenance Director, oversees the Community safety program and maintains a secure resident home and working environment in compliance with policy and regulationsSustains a preventative maintenance program to maintain proper functioning of all Community equipment, plumbing, electrical, and HVAC systemsCompletes all maintenance requests, both scheduled and emergency, quickly and efficientlyMechanically repair, replace, and/or install minor equipment, hardware, and controls.
