Maintenance AssistantThe Maintenance Assistant repairs and maintains the building, grounds, and equipment and assists with facility projects. Applies knowledge of all related safety and compliance policies. Demonstrates high standards of excellence by communicating effectively, establishing rapport, and maintaining relationships with residents, families, and team members.General maintenance and landscape experience is beneficial and/or ability to learn and apply knowledge of procedures, techniques, and equipment.
