Maintenance AssistantAurora on France is seeking a Maintenance Assistant in our Ebenezer Skilled Nursing Facility (Transitional Care)! This role monitors preventative maintenance programs and repairs building systems and equipment, trains other building staff, as needed, on basic trouble-shooting of building systems and equipment at our spacious care center in Bloomington, MN.This position includes:80 hours per two weeksDay/evening shiftWeekends as neededMartin Luther Care Center, part of the Martin Luther Senior Living Campus is located in East Bloomington, near woodlands/wetlands and along the Minnesota River Bluffs. Managed by Ebenezer, we offer 137 units between our Skilled Nursing, Memory Care and Transitional Care. We have an outstanding team of tenured staff. The only thing missing is YOU! Martin Luther Care Center was named Top Nursing Home and Transitional Care Center by US News and World Reports the past two years.Required QualificationsOne to Three Years Experience with mechanical equipmentSpecial Boilers License - State MN (must have upon hire or be able to obtain within 90-days of hire date.)
